Awkwafina has been described as an American actor and musician who started her career through clever raps that tackled the issues of sexuality and race with a the most comical of perspectives. Her career then grew to Hollywood. Nora Lum, born in Forest Hills Queens to Chinese and Korean immigrants was her very first musical experience. She performed on the trumpet.
